Owner-Furnished BESS: EPC Scope and Warranty Gaps

In an owner-furnished structure, the owner contracts directly with the BESS supplier. The EPC procures and constructs the local balance of plant, installs the owner-furnished equipment and completes the site work required for energization. Supplier specialists then commission the BESS according to the signed supply and service scope.
