Quatre conteneurs fournissent une puissance nominale PCS de 10,8 MW et une \u00e9nergie nominale de batterie de 20,0636 MWh. Les commandes sur site peuvent limiter l'exportation active \u00e0 un point d'int\u00e9r\u00eat (POI) de 10 MW, laissant ainsi une petite marge de puissance active au sein de l'\u00e9quipement de conversion install\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-434f139b auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"434f139b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quatre conteneurs ne garantissent pas une production de 20 MWh au point d'injection (POI). Les limites de fonctionnement des batteries, la r\u00e9serve d'\u00e9tat de charge, la consommation auxiliaire, les pertes de conversion et les pertes au niveau des transformateurs r\u00e9duisent la quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9nergie qui parvient au compteur contractuel. Les d\u00e9veloppeurs espagnols doivent pr\u00e9ciser si un appel d'offres porte sur l'\u00e9nergie nominale en courant continu, l'\u00e9nergie utilisable des batteries ou l'\u00e9nergie fournie en courant alternatif avant d'utiliser le rapport de production pour d\u00e9terminer la quantit\u00e9 command\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-576fcff1 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"576fcff1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L'ESSC bloque les projets de centrales qui n\u00e9cessitent des paliers plus petits. Les d\u00e9veloppeurs peuvent comparer des unit\u00e9s de 500 kW \/ 1,0752 MWh et de 1 MW \/ 2,1504 MWh sans \u00eatre oblig\u00e9s d'imposer \u00e0 chaque site un palier de 2,7 MW. Les syst\u00e8mes hybrides solaires et les syst\u00e8mes autonomes peuvent utiliser des \u00e9quipements similaires, mais le r\u00e9seau observe des comportements diff\u00e9rents en mati\u00e8re de recharge et d'injection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9bca3473 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9bca3473\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me hybride solaire avec batterie de stockage d'\u00e9nergie (BESS)<\/strong> partage un site avec une centrale photovolta\u00efque existante ou en projet. Elle peut absorber la production solaire qui, sans cela, serait vendue pendant les heures o\u00f9 les prix sont bas ou serait r\u00e9duite, puis restituer cette \u00e9nergie ult\u00e9rieurement. Les routes, les terrains, les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le et une partie de l\u2019infrastructure du r\u00e9seau existants peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s, mais l\u2019autorisation de production actuelle pourrait ne pas couvrir tous les modes de fonctionnement de la batterie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edc2a682 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"edc2a682\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me de stockage d'\u00e9nergie par batterie autonome (BESS)<\/strong> ne dispose d'aucun g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur renouvelable raccord\u00e9 au m\u00eame point de raccordement. Il doit disposer d'un droit explicite de consommer de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 lors de la charge et d'injecter de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 lors de la d\u00e9charge. La capacit\u00e9 d'importation et d'exportation vers le r\u00e9seau, ainsi que la participation au march\u00e9, doivent toutes \u00eatre confirm\u00e9es dans les documents de raccordement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73ac95a3 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"73ac95a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cette distinction a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 de v\u00e9ritables litiges en mati\u00e8re d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Une d\u00e9cision rendue en juillet 2026 par la CNMC espagnole d\u00e9crit un projet de syst\u00e8me hybride de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie par batterie (BESS) qui sollicitait un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la demande de 49,9 MW avant la mise \u00e0 jour de l\u2019autorisation de raccordement de la production. Cette affaire montre pourquoi la question de la recharge ne peut \u00eatre rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au rang de simple d\u00e9tail \u00e0 r\u00e9gler apr\u00e8s l\u2019acquisition des \u00e9quipements. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/sites\/default\/files\/6710665.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D\u00e9cision de la CNMC relative \u00e0 l'acc\u00e8s<\/a>)<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f9251eb auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0f9251eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">le fichier d'acc\u00e8s, identifiez le <strong>nudo<\/strong>, le propri\u00e9taire du r\u00e9seau et le trac\u00e9 avant de consid\u00e9rer le projet comme pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un appel d\u2019offres. Les installations de stockage raccord\u00e9es au r\u00e9seau de transport sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es tant du point de vue de l\u2019injection que de celui de l\u2019absorption ; un projet raccord\u00e9 via le r\u00e9seau de distribution peut n\u00e9anmoins n\u00e9cessiter une \u00e9valuation d\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il affecte le n\u0153ud de transport. L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la demande de facturation du r\u00e9seau reste un \u00e9l\u00e9ment distinct. Toute garantie ou tout accord de r\u00e9servation de capacit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 au regard des r\u00e8gles en vigueur au moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande et de l\u2019octroi de l\u2019autorisation. L\u2019hybridation peut recourir aux proc\u00e9dures pr\u00e9vues aux articles 27 et 28 pour mettre \u00e0 jour ou structurer une demande d\u2019acc\u00e8s, mais elle n\u2019augmente pas automatiquement la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s existante ni ne supprime l\u2019\u00e9valuation du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la demande. Le refroidissement, les pompes, les syst\u00e8mes de commande, les pertes des transformateurs et d'autres charges auxiliaires utilisent \u00e9galement une partie de la capacit\u00e9 d'importation disponible. Les charges auxiliaires sont faibles par rapport \u00e0 la puissance nominale du BESS, mais elles ont leur importance lorsque la marge de man\u0153uvre en mati\u00e8re d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la demande est r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5da6c1a6 auto-p elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5da6c1a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La puissance r\u00e9active utilise une partie de la m\u00eame marge de puissance apparente du PCS.
